ALLEN OAKLEY

For over forty years, Allen Oakley, D.Min. has served non-profits and for-profit companies to build healthy teams, guide growth, and care for people. He has academic degrees from Beeson Divinity School, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Samford University. Currently, he is a full-time staff pastor with Gardendale First Baptist Church in Gardendale, Alabama. 

Allen grew up on a working farm in south Alabama, bringing over 20 years of hands-on farming experience to his board role overseeing operations at Ruth Lake Farm, a forty-plus acre farm which supports non-profits to eradicate Human Trafficking. As a professor, independent facilitator, coach, and trainer, he is passionate about helping companies bring about organizational health using processes such as the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) which brings clarity, accountability, and lasting results to businesses. 

Allen is a long-time beekeeper with approximately 20 beehives. He harvests and bottles his own honey under the label ‘Bee Blessed’. Allen and his wife Robin, (along with their French Bulldog, Stitch), live just north of Birmingham, Alabama. They are the parents of three grown sons and are known as Gran and Granddaddy to three amazing grandchildren.

AUBREY LAMB

Originally from California, Aubrey moved to the Florida Panhandle in 2025 with her husband, Taylor. They have been married for eight years, have one daughter, and are expecting a son in 2027. They are members of Redeemer 30A Church.
Aubrey holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a teaching credential from Pepperdine University, as well as a master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University. She spent five years as a teacher and soccer coach, followed by work in curriculum development with PragerU and mentoring high school students through Turning Point USA.
Aubrey is passionate about working with children, strengthening families, and creating opportunities for young people to thrive in Christ. She is excited to be part of the work God is doing in the Florida Panhandle through SAFE in the Panhandle.
